We will send you a confirmation that the translation is currently being processed.
- Selection of a suitable translator and the translation of the text.
- Proofreading of the translated text.
- Double-checking of the translated text.

We: completed translation |
We will send you the completed translation, along with the invoice* at the agreed upon time, at the latest (additionally, you will receive a text message informing you that the translation is ready). |

You: confirm receipt |
Please send us a confirmation that you have received the translation (if you wish, add feedback**). |

* INVOICE will be sent by e-mail. If you prefer a paper copy, please ask us to mail one to you.
- Regular customers will receive one invoice at the end of each month.
- Companies will receive an invoice along with the translation.
- Private persons must make an advance payment.
** FEEDBACK is not compulsory, but it helps us to improve the quality of our works and services. For you, it means that future orders better meet your needs. Also, knowing your needs helps us to consider them while translating.
